As an artist, my goal is to grow and learn everyday from my experiences, positive and negative. I plan to one day own a studio where I can paint and lead workshops and a gallery where I can exhibit art in my own way. Currently I work as a gallery assistant, and I complete commissions in my free time.

At Las Laguna Gallery, I help sort through entries to our monthly exhibits. I also help create the layout for exhibited pieces on the gallery walls, and I help sell the artwork in the shows.

Drawing and painting is a natural stress reliever for me, so I love to do it during my free time. Creating meaningful pieces of artwork for others is extremely rewarding for me, and it's one of my favorite things to do.

At CCC, I enrolled for a Summer 2017 course so that I could take Art History before my senior year in high school. It was extremely enlightening. My course work included a museum visit, weekly chapter readings, and two essays.
